Kaitlin D. Sears, Esq., is an Associate Attorney with a focus on personal injury law, including premises liability, auto accidents, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. With over 6 years of experience in legal practice and an additional 11 years as a certified mediator in California, Kaitlin is a seasoned professional dedicated to delivering justice and solutions to her clients. 

Kaitlin’s educational journey includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine, and she completed her legal studies at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the OC Women Lawyers Association, contributing to the legal community. 

Throughout her career, Kaitlin has achieved notable successes, such as mediating a $2 million probate case that required creative problem-solving and securing a $250,000 settlement in a challenging low-speed/low-property damage case through thorough client communication and effective work-up. 

Kaitlin’s professional philosophy centers on continuous growth and learning. She believes that every opportunity is a chance to expand knowledge, and she embodies this philosophy in her legal practice to ensure clients receive the best representation. 

Kaitlin was inspired to become an attorney by witnessing the mistreatment of employees in a previous job, where they lacked proper representation. Her dedication to making a difference led her into the legal field, where she now fights for those in need. 

Her personal mantra, reflects her unwavering commitment to her clients;

Beyond the legal realm, Kaitlin enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She is also actively involved in pro bono work and community initiatives, demonstrating her passion for making a positive impact not only in the courtroom but also in the community she serves.
