While in law school, Maxim was actively involved in the Hastings Moot Court as a competitor, coach, and board member.
Maxim is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California, showcasing his ability to handle cases across different jurisdictions. He is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, furthering his professional connections and staying engaged in the legal community.
