Nathan Kingery, Esq.

Nathan Kingery, Esq. is a Senior Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm whose vast legal knowledge and litigation skills make him a key asset in the employment department. Practicing law since 2016, Nathan focuses on employment law including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour law. Nathan fights vehemently on his clients’ behalf to ensure that they receive the justice and financial compensation that they deserve.  

Nathan provides outstanding service to clients who have been subjected to sexual harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, disability, and other protected characteristics. He regularly prosecutes employment actions against Fortune 500 companies and smaller organizations accused of discrimination, including claims of sexual misconduct. Taking pride in his representation, Nathan has had tremendous success in achieving significant awards and settlements for his clients. He routinely represents people who suffer harassment which constitutes a hostile work environment. He is committed to providing vigorous legal representation to protect the rights of individuals who have suffered from employment discrimination in California.  From a young age, Nathan was no stranger to the legal field, as his father served as a lawyer and established his own firm. Coming from a family with an extensive legal background, Nathan was able to gain experience early on in his pursuit to becoming a top-performing employment lawyer. Nathan’s past history with sports taught him discipline and to always strive for victory, two attributes that he carries into his legal profession. Working previously as a sports agent allowed Nathan to represent players throughout Asia, Europe, North America, and South America and hone his negotiation skills, going up against some of the largest sports agencies in Los Angeles. As a passionate advocate for the legal profession, Nathan channeled this valuable professional experience into becoming a lawyer to win for the most important cause: protecting people’s rights.  

 Nathan earned his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He is also an honored member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
