Roxy S. Shekarriz, Esq., specializes in personal injury and product liability litigation, handling both state and federal court matters. She advocates fearlessly for clients who’ve experienced catastrophic losses like traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, workers’ compensation claims, and wrongful death. Roxy is well-versed in mass torts and multi-district litigation, particularly in product liability cases.  

With over 9 years combined in the legal industry, Roxy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and earned her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, Roxy served as president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF), where she advocated for both human and animal rights.  Additionally, she gained experience at various personal injury law firms, working closely with clients, and managing their cases at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. Roxy is a member of various professional organizations, including Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA), and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). 

Roxy’s legal career is marked by numerous notable achievements, including securing significant settlements for her clients. Roxy attained settlements exceeding $15 million within her first two years as an attorney. Some of her noteworthy cases include settlements in automobile, semi-truck and pedestrian accidents ranging from $850,000 to $1,000,000. Furthermore, Roxy has obtained multiple seven-figure policy limit settlements against some of the most notorious insurance companies. Her professional philosophy revolves around dedication and hard work, as she believes in keeping her head down and striving for excellence. Motivated by her passion for assisting others, Roxy entered the legal profession with the goal of providing unique solutions and tangible results to individuals navigating complex legal issues.
