Wesley Shelton, Esq., is a Senior Attorney at the Wilshire Law Firm. Prior to joining the Wilshire Law Firm, he spent 12 years representing employers at elite international law firms including Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton and Proskauer Rose. Wesley represents employees who are victims of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Wesley practices in federal and state court, has first-chair trial experience in which he recovered nearly one million dollars for his client, and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Wesley is a former Foreign Service Officer, working for the U.S. Department of State at various U.S. embassies and consulates around the world. He speaks Spanish and French. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA, and Juris Doctor degree from UC Davis. Wesley is a passionate and tireless advocate for his clients.
