Even posts about everyday activities like playing sports, helping a friend move, or going on vacation can be harmful to your case, as insurance companies will try to leverage this information to argue that you are not injured. That is why it is best to NOT POST AT ALL while your case is ongoing.

The client claimed severe knee injuries after the accident and was recommended a total knee replacement. After our demand was submitted, defense counsel provided social media photos of our client hiking advanced trails after the accident.
