Gabriella Baharvar, Esq. is an Associate Attorney with over seven years of experience representing clients in personal injury, dog bite, and premises liability matters. She believes that successful advocacy requires a deep understanding of both clients and opponents – and she brings that perspective to every case.
Gabriella began her legal career working for an insurance company, where she gained valuable, behind-the-scenes insight into how claims are evaluated, defended, and resolved. This experience sharpened her knowledge of defense strategies and taught her how cases are truly valued.
Today, Gabriella uses that insider knowledge to advocate for injury victims, providing a strategic, results-driven approach. Her ability to anticipate the defense’s next move allows her to negotiate efficiently, build strong cases, and move matters forward with purpose and precision.
Gabriella is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and is affiliated with the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Outside the office, she enjoys baking and hosting gatherings for family and friends.
