Rachel J. Vinson is a Senior Attorney specializing in Employment Law at Wilshire Law Firm. Ms. Vinson represents clients in wage and hour claims, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, workplace retaliation, and wage and hour class actions, including Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) claims.  
Ms. Vinson’s experience includes drafting pleadings, pre-trial and discovery motions, class notice and settlement documents, and dispositive motions. Ms. Vinson is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Courts in California: Northern, Central, and Southern Districts. Manuel Certificate for pro bono legal services by The California Lawyers Association.
