Rosibeth Cuevas, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Rosibeth Cuevas is an Associate Attorney who specializes in personal injury claims. Prior to practicing, she worked at Wilshire Law Firm as a legal assistant for three years, and then as a post-bar law clerk.

Rosibeth’s journey with Wilshire Law Firm began in 2014, when she was involved in a catastrophic fiery motor vehicle accident as a passenger on a charter bus that was struck head-on by a big rig truck. The collision left her with severe injuries that required major surgeries. She retained Wilshire Law Firm as her personal injury attorneys to pursue legal action against the defendants. Her case was successfully settled in 2017, just months before she earned her bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt. Inspired by Wilshire Law Firm’s dedication and the impact they had on her case and recovery, she joined as a team member shortly after graduation.

Her ambition to become an attorney is rooted in firsthand experiences. Raised by a single mother in South Central Los Angeles, Rosibeth overcame many adversities, including homelessness and a life-altering accident. During those challenging times, she learned that she could count on attorneys for support. Now, as an attorney at Wilshire Law Firm, she is committed to paying forward the kindness she received, offering the same zealous advocacy and support to her clients that made such a difference in her own journey.

Rosibeth holds professional affiliation with the Latina Lawyers Bar Association (LLBA), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA)

Practicing Philosophy:

“Every injury is a story of pain, resilience, and hope. As an attorney, my role is to turn that story into one of recovery and justice. I know firsthand that every case is more than just a claim – it’s a person’s life, recovery, and future.”
