Trevor Weitzenberg, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Trevor Weitzenberg is an Attorney specializing in personal injury law, with a focus on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He is deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families navigating life’s most devastating moments.

In 2023, Trevor was part of a trial team that secured a landmark $46,475,112.33 jury verdict for a client who suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury during a Jiu-Jitsu sparring session. The case involved an instructor performing a technique that left the client an incomplete quadriplegic. Trevor’s role in this case earned him the prestigious 2024 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) Award, which honors a select group of attorneys across the state for “achievements with a significant impact on public policy, the law, the profession, or a particular practice area.”

A native of Santa Rosa, California, Trevor was personally affected by the 2017 Tubbs Fire, which destroyed his family’s home. That life-altering experience inspired him to pursue a legal career focused on helping others through tragedy. “Seeing the effects of the fire on my family and my hometown,” he says, “made me want to fight for people who have been wronged and are searching for guidance in the worst times of their lives.”

Trevor is licensed to practice in California and Nevada and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the Consumer Attorneysof California (CAOC) New Lawyers Division. He believes that “it’s what you do when no one is watching that really counts.”
