Car Accidents in California
It is no surprise that being involved in a car accident can have a significant impact on your life. Unfortunately, countless people are left with serious injuries due to the negligent and reckless actions of other drivers. Every year in California, more than 200,000 accidents resulting in injuries take place.
In many instances, these accidents are a result of negligence. Drivers who fail to operate their vehicles in a safe and respectful manner continue to cause harm to others. In many cases, we see people left with serious injuries as a result of drivers who are speeding or engaging in reckless actions.
When drivers fail to maintain a safe speed, they are likely to lose control of their vehicles and crushing to others. Unfortunately, drivers are more likely to lose control of their vehicles if they travel at high speeds while traveling along curved roadways and in congested areas.
In addition, we see many accidents take place as a result of drivers who are drunk. Alcohol can impact a person’s ability to make responsible decisions while operating their vehicles. As a result, drivers are likely to crash into other vehicles nearby and cause serious harm.
We also see many accidents take place as a result of drivers weaving between lanes, running red lights, and engaging in other reckless actions.
