Any injury from a motor vehicle accident can force a victim into an area hospital for several days or weeks. Many victims have to go through extensive treatment and deal with overwhelming consequences. The unfortunate truth is that many people are harmed as a result of vehicle collisions that are caused by negligence. Leading factors in vehicle collisions across our state include:

Unfortunately, we see people suffer daily as a result of the negligent actions of others. In California, injury victims are able to file legal claims against those who caused them harm.
