West Covina, CA (March 14, 2023) – On March 14, the police and firefighters out of West Covina responded to provide assistance at the scene of a vehicle collision that left at least one person with injuries during the afternoon hours.
Just after 3:45 p.m., vehicles collided on North Garvey Avenue West. Police and firefighters responded to the scene and closed off multiple lanes of the road near North Lang Avenue.
Emergency officials went to work quickly on removing the vehicles that were involved in the accidents from the scene. Police and firefighters remove debris from the roadway in order to allow traffic through.
At least one person involved in the crash suffered injuries and had to be transported by EMS to a local hospital.
Area police are currently investigating the crash.
