Temecula, CA (March 15, 2023) – On March 14, California Highway Patrol troopers were sent to the scene of a crash in Temecula that left one bicyclist injured.
According to officials, just before 3:30 p.m., a silver sedan was traveling on the northbound side of Interstate 215. For unknown reasons, the vehicle struck a bicyclist in the area near the off-ramp for McCall Boulevard.
The bicyclist, identified as a 16-year-old, suffered injuries in the crash. Paramedics responded to care for the victim and transported them to a local hospital.
California Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
