EmCentrix, a provider of workforce management and HR technology solutions, has reported a significant data breach affecting 59,060 individuals across the United States.

What Happened

On August 14, 2024, EmCentrix experienced a network disruption and immediately initiated an investigation of the matter. The company engaged independent cybersecurity experts to assist with the process. As a result of the investigation, it determined that certain files were accessed or acquired without authorization. It then undertook a comprehensive review of those files and learned on June 16, 2025 that some personal information was contained within the potentially affected data.
