Williams, CA (February 19, 2023) – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol were summonsed to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Williams late Saturday morning, February 18th.

At around 11:59 a.m., area officials notified CHP that a crash had occurred on Wildwood Road.

According to reports, a major motor vehicle accident occurred on Wildwood Road in the area of Nonpareil Avenue. The incident involved a four-door Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck and a second vehicle.

Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately secured the area. Crews went to work on trying to remove the damage, vehicles, and debris from the roadway.

Major injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Paramedics tended to the victims at the scene before transporting them to local hospitals.
