Sacramento, CA (February 28, 2023) – On February 27, emergency crews were called to assist on-site at an automobile accident that took place on the east side of Sacramento and resulted in injuries.
Calls for help were received at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
Preliminary reports surrounding the crash show that a white Hyundai sedan and a black Jeep collided on the southbound side of Lincoln Village Drive.
The incident prompted officials to close off multiple lanes on the road near Bradshaw Road.
Emergency services worked to remove the debris from the roadway.
The white Honda had to be towed from the scene of the accident due to extensive damage suffered to the rear.
At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical care.
Troopers with the California Highway Patrol are actively investigating the incident.
