Templeton, CA (March 7, 2023) – Just before 2:50 p.m. on March 6, troopers with the California Highway Patrol were dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of a crash on US Highway 101.
According to reports, a vehicle was traveling on the southbound side of US Highway 101 during the afternoon hours. For reasons unknown, the vehicle crossed over the center line and entered the southbound lane, where it collided with a second vehicle just south of Exline Road.
California Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene of the accident and worked quickly to remove the damaged vehicles.
An ambulance was requested at the scene to care for the injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital.
California Highway Patrol troopers are investigating the accident.
