Fatal Accidents in California
More than 300 people lose their lives every month as a result of car accidents in the state of California. These accidents add up to thousands of lives lost annually. In many cases, victims end up losing their lives as a result of negligent and reckless drivers. Unfortunately, over 50 percent of accidents that are reported in our state take place at busy intersections.
The unfortunate truth is that drivers who pass through intersections without stopping at red lights or stop signs cause severe injuries and death to innocent people nearly every day in our state. Drivers who disregard traffic control devices continue to contribute to a significant number of accidents. In addition to running red lights, we see many accidents take place as a result of motorists who are distracted, impaired, or otherwise negligent. When innocent people die as a result of fatal alcohol, families often struggle to move forward. The unexpected loss of a loved one can have a significant impact on your family.
Unfortunately, families are often unaware of the legal options that they have available to help them move forward. It is important that families understand that a wrongful death lawyer can provide them justice and help them obtain the financial resources that they need to cover some of the losses and damages resulting from the crash. Filing a claim as soon as possible can provide your family with the best chance of getting justice.
