Northridge, CA (March 13, 2023) – A car crash took place in the Northridge area on Sunday afternoon that involved a hit-and-run driver.
Emergency officials in Los Angeles County were notified at approximately 1:03 p.m. on March 12 that they were needed at the scene of a crash on Tampa Avenue.
Preliminary reports indicate that a collision occurred in the area of 9301 Tampa Avenue. At least one vehicle involved in the crash fled the scene without stopping.
Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene to care for victims and transferred those who required further care to local hospitals.
The Los Angeles police department is currently investigating the crash.
