What Happened?

On April 15, 2025, OnTrac detected potentially suspicious activity on a limited portion of their computer network. In response, they immediately began an investigation with the assistance of third-party specialists. 

The investigation determined that certain files may have been accessed without authorization between April 13 and April 15, 2025.
