Bahareh Hadaegh is the Chief Human Resources Officer leading the overall human resources strategy and functions at Wilshire Law Firm. Bahareh has over fifteen years of experience working as a human capital leader, employee relations specialist, and employment attorney. Passionate about the workplaces she oversees, Bahareh is known for creating dynamic, engaged teams and driving productive and inclusive environments across multiple industries. 

Bahareh leads by example in her work with her personal, collaborative approach to leadership. She is passionate about creating synergistic workplaces where employees are valued and satisfied, leading to higher employee retention, engagement, and productivity. Bahareh fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. She works closely with other members of the executive team to ensure that the human resources functions align with the overall strategy and goals of Wilshire Law Firm.  

With a background in law, Bahareh obtained her Juris Doctor from the Southwestern School of Law and completed her undergraduate work at the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also an esteemed member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).   

In her own time, Bahareh is an avid reader who paints and writes fantasy novels of her own. A firm believer in self-exploration and growth, she has been meditating regularly for the past two decades.
