Sean Paisan, Esq.

Sean Paisan, Esq., is the firm’s Managing Partner & Chief Legal Officer. In this role, he oversees firm policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable ethics rules and regulations. He has over two decades of legal experience in areas such as Regulatory Compliance, Employment Law, General Liability, Product Liability, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, OSHA, Data Privacy, and Trade Secrets.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. Sean is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and holds memberships with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). Sean also has an OSHA 30 certification.

Throughout his career, Sean has represented major corporations across the United States, ensuring compliance with complex regulatory frameworks at federal, state, and local levels. His extensive litigation experience includes trials in federal and state courts, administrative law trials, and binding arbitrations. He has also handled cases involving Unfair Competition, False Advertising, Trade Secrets, and Whistleblower matters, with successful outcomes in federal court under the Lanham Act, Defend Trade Secret Act, and AIR21.

Sean’s professional philosophy centers around diligence and proactive management of legal issues. Inspired by personal experiences, he entered the legal profession with a dedication to addressing injustice and ensuring compliance in all aspects of business and law. Outside of his legal work, Sean enjoys playing ice hockey, golf, and actively participating in his children’s sports activities as a coach.
