Aneta Wasilewska, Esq.

Aneta Wasilewska, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Wilshire Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on personal injury law. With more than six years of experience in the legal field and a personal understanding of what accident victims endure, she advocates for her clients with compassion, integrity, and determination. 

Aneta’s path to personal injury law began with her own experience as an injured victim. At twelve years old, she was struck by a speeding car while crossing the street in Warsaw, Poland. She endured the pain of a serious injury, the emotional trauma that followed, and the financial hardship her family faced as medical expenses mounted. The driver was never held accountable, and her family received no assistance or support. 

That experience shaped her perspective and ultimately set the course for her career. Having once been in the shoes of an injured victim, she understands the physical, emotional, and financial challenges her clients face, as well as the uncertainty and stress that often accompany recovery. Aneta’s goal is to be the attorney she never had — a fierce advocate who fights relentlessly for the justice and compensation her clients deserve. 

Before becoming an attorney, Aneta spent more than six years gaining legal experience in personal injury, employment law, and family law. She also completed an externship with the Major Crimes Division at the District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted with the prosecution of serious criminal cases and further developed her legal writing and courtroom skills. This diverse legal background provided her with a strong foundation and prepared her to advocate effectively and confidently for her clients from the very beginning of her legal career. 

Among Aneta’s proudest achievements is the journey that brought her to the legal profession. At nineteen, she moved from Poland to the United States on her own to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney. While supporting herself throughout college and law school, she remained committed to that goal, ultimately passing the California Bar Exam and becoming a licensed California attorney. Her journey reflects the resilience, perseverance, and determination she now brings to every client she represents. 

Outside of practicing law, Aneta enjoys reading, fitness, traveling, and watching documentaries. She has a particular interest in history, criminal investigations, and complex legal cases.
