John Rofael, Esq.

John Rofael, Esq. is a Senior Attorney with over 13 years of experience, specializing in personal injury law. Throughout his career, John has served as lead counsel in more than 20 trials taken to verdict, bringing extensive courtroom experience and a proven track record of success to every case he handles. He believes that truly understanding his clients’ lives – past and present – is essential to securing the justice they deserve for their future.  

John became a lawyer to give a voice to those who might otherwise go unheard in a system that often works against the injured. One of his most meaningful victories involved an elderly woman who injured her back after falling on a balcony in her rented apartment. John not only secured the full $1 million policy limit on her behalf but also compelled the landlord to inspect every balcony in the building – ensuring safer conditions for all residents. 

Professionally, John is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the nation’s largest local association of plaintiffs’ attorneys. 

Outside the courtroom, John volunteers with community organizations and mentors up-and-coming attorneys, helping them navigate both the mental and physical challenges of the profession. With a personal background in fitness and a strong understanding of injury recovery, he brings unique insight into what his clients endure – often drawing on his wife’s perspective as a sports medicine doctor to help navigate injury-related concerns.
