Rachel J. Vinson is a Senior Attorney specializing in Employment Law at Wilshire Law Firm. In that role, she defended large California employers in high-stakes employment litigation in state and federal courts. This experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge of the legal strategies and tactics employers use to challenge claims brought by employees. Now, Ms. Vinson leverages this insider knowledge to advocate fiercely on behalf of employees, offering her clients an invaluable advantage in navigating complex legal disputes.   

Ms. Vinson is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Courts in California: Northern, Central, and Southern Districts. Ms. Vinson is also professionally affiliated with The National Association of Women Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), and was awarded the 2023 Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for pro bono legal services by The California Lawyers Association.
