BIOGRAPHY
In 2022, Mr. DeSantis was admitted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) as one of its youngest members ever. In order to qualify for ABOTA’s rigorous standards, all candidates must successfully try at least 10 jury trials as first chair while upholding all ethical and technical standards of practice in the field of advocacy.
Mr. DeSantis is named on the Super Lawyers Rising Star and “Up-and-Coming 100” list since 2018, along with The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 list.

Since 2018, he has been an active board member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC). LATLC makes a positive difference in the quality of life for people within the greater Los Angeles Area, focusing on issues related to education, children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and homelessness, by providing financial assistance and volunteer service to groups in need.
