Alivia E. Abreu, Esq.

Alivia E. Abreu, Esq. is a Partner at Wilshire Law Firm, where she leads teams in the Pre-Litigation Department and specializes in personal injury and wrongful death matters, with particular depth in catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, and traumatic spine injury cases. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation as a relentless advocate whose results speak for themselves, including an $8 million pedestrian versus auto recovery, a $5.7 million auto versus auto recovery, and a $4.3 million wrongful death resolution, among many other notable victories.

Beyond her own caseload, Alivia has helped shape the way Wilshire Law Firm develops its people: mentoring associates, designing training programs, and leading initiatives that raise the standard for everyone around her. She believes that excellent advocacy starts with excellent preparation, and she holds herself and her teams to that standard every day.

Ms. Abreu is a firm believer that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, and she extends this to everyone she represents. Originally from Lowell, MA she has dedicated her career to aiding victims and bringing justice to underrepresented and marginalized groups, with an intense passion to fight for the underdog.

Ms. Abreu earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. She is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Outside of her legal practice, she dedicates her time to a nonprofit supporting children and families affected by photosensitive disorders.

A lifelong athlete, Alivia brings the same discipline, consistency, and relentless preparation that define her athletic career into every area of her life and practice. She is committed to being a champion for women who pursue excellence in all areas, regardless of their beginnings or their circumstances. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, reading, studying languages, and spending time with her husband and cats.
