With over 14 years of legal experience, Kamaria Yaminah Davis, Esq., has a distinguished background in public benefits and appellate litigation. Prior to joining Wilshire Law Firm, Ms. Davis dedicated her career to challenging the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration on behalf of individuals denied essential benefits. Her appellate victories in the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Central District of California reflect her unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy for underserved communities. 

Ms. Davis is a veteran of the United States Navy and her professional affiliations include the California State Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. 

Guided by her belief in transparency and education, Ms. Davis empowers clients to make informed decisions by ensuring they understand every step of the legal process. She brings a meticulous attention to detail and a deep sense of compassion to her legal practice. 

Outside the office, Ms. Davis is an avid traveler, having explored dozens of countries, including recent visits to Ireland, Portugal, Morocco, and China. She also enjoys hiking throughout California and volunteering with the Pro Bono Consortium in Washington, D.C., where she provides legal services to veterans navigating appellate cases. 

Ms. Davis initially practiced in North Carolina before becoming licensed in California in 2019. As she transitions to personal injury law at Wilshire Law Firm, Ms. Davis continues to embody her dedication to advocacy, precision, and compassion in her practice.
