In 2022, Jon won a $35 million+ verdict for an 81-year-old man who was rear-ended. In 2019, after winning the liability phase of the trial that found the defendant School District 100% negligent, the case was resolved for a landmark recovery of more than $28,000,000. The result also required the School District to make changes to its policies to ensure the safety of other students and to prevent injuries in the future.   As 2024 has kicked off, Jon recently obtained a $5.6million verdict in Sacramento.
